The food truck phenomenon took hold in Phoenix back in November 2010 when Phoenix Public Market and Phoenix Street Food Coalition launched Food Truck Fridays.
jamburritoSixteen months later, in celebration our still-growing mobile food scene, the Market is hosting Food Truck Mania on Wednesday, March 7, from 4-8 p.m.
If you’re still unfamiliar with the amazing cuisine available at these food trucks, this is a great opportunity to sample a variety of offerings.
