The Downtown Phoenix Ambassadors might be THE most helpful people in Phoenix and for the past nine years they’ve been helping fight hunger by organizing a holiday food drive benefiting St. Mary’s Food Bank Alliance.
To celebrate 10 years of giving, the Ambassadors have set a goal to raise five (5!) tons of non-perishable food donations this year – and in order to pull off this charitable feat they need your help.
In case you need additional motivation, our extremely generous friends at Stand Up Live, Copper Blues and Tom’s Tavern have donated awesome prizes that anyone who makes a food donation between Nov. 25 – Dec. 30 will be registered to win. Drawings are scheduled throughout the month of December:
Dec. 4 – Stand Up Live tickets to Sebastian Maniscalco
Dec. 12 – Dinner for two at Tom’s Tavern and two tickets to Friday’s Fan Appreciation Night Phoenix Suns vs. Sacramento Kings
Dec. 18 – Stand Up Live tickets to Aries Spears
Dec. 24 – Stand Up Live tickets to Al Madrigal
Dec. 31 – Grand Prize: 2 tickets to ANY Stand Up Live Show + Copper Blues Gift Card
All non-winning entries will stay prize eligible for the duration of the contest – so the earlier and more often you donate, the more chances you have to win.
Donation boxes are located at the Downtown Phoenix Info Center – 101. N. 1st Ave, Suite 190, Phoenix, AZ 85003 – and at various Downtown Phoenix events this holiday season including:
Nov. 30 – at the Tree Lighting and Ice Rink Grand Opening at CityScape (event is free to attend)
Dec. 6 – at PJs in the Park at Civic Space Park (event is free to attend)
