As for our wines, we're very selective at Sauvage Wine Bar and Shop. We vet every bottle in our bar and store, and we feature natural wines with very little added or taken away. Because we look for small production producers, we have over 200 wines that you can buy here, drink here, or cork to go. You can also try our curated selection of wines by the glass. We are proud to be a locally owned, independent business, and our team has over 15 years of experience in the wine industry. When you visit Sauvage Wine Bar and Shop, it's not just about getting a drink or a meal. You're getting an experience. All guests are seated as they arrive, but we do allow for reservations for parties of six or more. If your party is smaller, feel free to reach out and we will happily accommodate you. For your enjoyment, we feature rotating chef events and rotating DJs on Fridays and Saturdays. If you want wine for home, in-store pickup is available.
