Phoenix Community Alliance (PCA) is a nonprofit community development organization, which became the membership affiliate of Downtown Phoenix Inc. in 2015.

Comprised of eight working committees — focusing on everything from arts and culture to economic development —  PCA provides unparalleled engagement opportunities, creates synergy across sectors, fosters collaboration, and connects key decision-makers to resources and potential partners.

For more than 30 years, PCA has played a pivotal role in rallying city and business leaders around huge redevelopment projects and groundbreaking ideas like the Health and Human Services Campus, Steele Indian School Park, the Downtown Phoenix Partnership and so much more.
