Teen Tech IRL: Eco-Friendly Housing

Earth's population has surpassed eight billion! While our population flourishes, how can we continue caring for the wellbeing of our planet? A big part of that is ensuring housing becomes more eco-friendly, affordable and available. The next generation of innovators is invited to Arizona Science Center's next Teen Tech IRL, centered around this very issue. Teens in grades 9-12 will begin the day exploring housing needs, then will be put into groups with the goal to design and prototype ideas for eco-friendly homes. At the end of the day, teams will present their projects to a panel of judges for the chance to win exciting prizes! Grades 9-12. $15.
