Downtown Phoenix Inc. Celebrates Black History Month with CAN I KICK IT?
Roll out your park blanket and join us for a movie, shopping, storytelling, and a fashion show.

In honor of Black History Month, Downtown Phoenix Inc. (DPI) is partnering with Shaolin Jazz, a DJ duo from Washington, D.C., to host CAN I KICK IT? which will include a live scoring over the movie The Last Dragon (1985) with hip hop, funk, soul, and rock music.
In addition to movie entertainment, the evening will kick off with a vibrant fashion show by House of Patterns and live storytelling presented by Centered.PHX hosted by Muse. Throughout the event, Archwood Exchange will host its Buy Black Marketplace, featuring over 20 local vendors offering a variety of food and shopping options.
This event is family-friendly and free to attend. Kick back and enjoy the show!
