Can I combine receipts to reach $25?

Yes. You may use up to three receipts from the same business or multiple businesses to reach the $25 minimum. 

Are tips included in the $25 minimum?

Yes. If possible, please take a photo of the merchant copy before you return the receipt, so we can be assured of the tip amount.

What if I didn’t order the Urban Ale Trail Week Special?

You can purchase food, drinks or buy gift cards totaling $25 or more at up to three participating businesses to get a free commemorative cup – all menu items apply.

I spent $25 the day before Urban Ale Trail Week began – can I still get credit?

No. Unfortunately, we can only accept receipts showing dates between Saturday, Oct. 3 and Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020. 

How/when will I know my receipt has been accepted?

Within five business days of completing the online form and uploading your receipt, you will receive an email confirming the validity of your receipts.

How long from the time of purchase do I have to submit?

You can upload your receipts from participating businesses at any time beginning Saturday, Oct. 3 through Wednesday, Oct. 14 at midnight – three full business days after Urban Ale Trail Week ends.

When will I receive my commemorative pint glass?

You can expect delivery within 30 days of completing the online form.

My favorite downtown restaurant isn’t on the list – why?

The promotion is only available to downtown businesses that elected to participate in Urban Ale Trail Week.

Why isn’t my downtown business included?

We sent out email notifications to bars and restaurants in the Downtown Core, Roosevelt Row and Grand Avenue areas. Didn’t receive our email? Contact us at info@dtphx.org — we’ll make sure to put you on the list for next year!

How will my pint glass ship?

We use USPS, so items should be delivered to wherever you receive mail.

Can I pick up my pint glass from the DTPHX office?

No. We are doing our best to practice social distancing, and are only fulfilling mail orders at this time.

How many times can I redeem this?

Once per person. Multiple members of the same household can qualify for their own pint glass, but receipts can’t be shared.

I spent five cents less than the qualifying amount. Can I still get credit?

No. You may use up to three receipts to reach the $25 minimum.

Does my purchase through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another delivery app count?

Yes. Receipts showing purchases through any delivery service qualify as long as we can verify that the locations ordered from are participating downtown businesses.

Can I submit a screen shot of my food delivery app receipt(s)?

Yes. Please fill out the online form, and upload photos or screenshots when prompted.

I lost my receipt(s) — can I send a screen shot of my bank statement instead?

No. Without the unique transaction number and inability to verify the downtown location/address, we will not be able to use a bank statement.

Can I submit a split check?

Yes. If submitting a separated check, the amount the submitter paid, not the total check amount, will be counted toward a pint glass.

Does it need to be an itemized receipt?

No. Each receipt must clearly show:

  • The name of the business, address or store ID that verifies its downtown location
  • A unique order number, transaction code or approval number
  • The date
  • The total amount of the transaction
