Located on the 4th floor of the Security Center Building (on the west side of Central between Monroe and Van Buren). It is the responsibility of the Public Fiduciary to protect the legal rights and financial interests of vulnerable adults needing guardianship and conservatorship and to administer decedent estates where there is no one else able to do so.
