Founded over 35 years ago, CASS is the largest and longest serving homeless emergency shelter provider in Arizona. Both our adult and family shelters operate at full capacity 24/7, 365 days of the year. Serving the entire Phoenix metropolitan area, CASS is a regional solution to homelessness, working to fill service gaps and help thousands of people transform their lives, get a roof over their head, a job, and a chance at a new life.

At Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI), we know that the first step to a successful recovery is having a safe, stable and healthy place to stay. People battling substance abuse and behavioral health issues on the street are not equipped to find a new normal in recovery without basic necessities and a routine for those experiencing homelessness.

That’s why we’ve made it our mission to support those who are the most vulnerable in our communities. CBI offers housing programs that range from “bridge” to transitional and permanent supportive housing.

Founded with one single-family home in 1990, Homeward Bound soon learned that housing alone could not solve family homelessness. Homeward Bound began offering case management, financial coaching, and employment help to prepare families to transition into stable housing.

Through the collaborative approach of the Human Services Campus, hundreds of clients have daily access to social support services, job assistance, convenience items, behavioral health, legal services and more. Public and private partnerships have been and continue to be the backbone of our organization – our successes are a result of the cooperative and collaborative work of the many compassionate, progressive visionaries in our Valley of the Sun community.

Justa Center provides life-sustaining resources, services, and support to assist homeless seniors on their path back to housing, and supportive services to help prevent seniors from becoming homeless.

Native American Connections provides more than 400 units of affordable housing for families and individuals at our high-quality, safe, and affordable apartment communities. As part of our affordable housing project, our housing communities provide affordable rent opportunities targeted to unique populations including seniors, low income families with children, and individuals.

St. Vincent de Paul’s shelter and transitional housing programs not only offer a bed for those experiencing homelessness, but a path to find home again.

When people are at their lowest point and have lost their housing, St. Vincent de Paul is there to offer not only a bed, but a path to find home again. We operate shelter programs ranging from emergency weather relief to transitional housing, which aim to get people out of the elements and connected to services. Our shelters meet people where they are at.

UMOM restores hope and rebuilds lives by providing shelter, services and affordable housing for people experiencing homelessness.
