los dias de la crescent Los Dias de la Crescent. Sounds ominous, no?
Darling of the indie music world, Crescent Ballroom knows how to put on a show. And now, they’re putting on a music festival composed entirely of local acts.
Taking place August 17 and 18, Los Dias de la Crescent will feature 24 local bands over two days in what is hopefully the first of many music festivals.
The fun includes food trucks – on top of Cocina 10’s already stellar cuisine – two stages, beer from Four Peaks and, likely, a packed to rafters crowd. And their new fans – the cold air generating kind – to keep the crowd cool.
You’ll want to grab your tickets now – they’re just $10 purchased in advance for each day or $20 for both days – because given the precedence for sold out local shows, they’ll likely disappear long before August even rolls around.
The shows starts at 7 p.m. on both nights and it’s a 21+ gig.
