The state’s largest hotel is ready to expand.
In early September, the Downtown Phoenix Hotel Corporation approved funding to install a pool bar at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown and grow the hotel’s catering service. The upgrades will be financed from an account dedicated to construction of the hotel, which was built with $350 million in revenue bonds.
