Those of you with any interest in Downtown Phoenix may have come across the “Building Phoenix” series on PHX11 public television.  The program features stories on development in Phoenix and has produced segments on a number of Downtown projects over the years.  The latest installment has hit the web and it features segments on two of the latest additions to the Downtown Phoenix marketplace.  The Duce, located at Central & Lincoln, is adaptive re-use at its best and CityScape has managed to deliver despite uncertain economic times. Other Downtown projects featured on past episodes include the Children’s Museum of Phoenix, Hanny’s restaurant and the Phoenix Convention Center.
