CityScape’s upcoming Weekend Block Party has dominated the Downtown news landscape recently, promising a mix of fun, food and music that is sure to entertain everyone involved.  Earlier this week, the Phoenix Business Journal reported an exciting development that will enhance the 2010 holiday season.  CityScape is planning to install an outdoor ice rink that is set to debut around Thanksgiving and stay open until the first week of January.
