AZCentral reported that major renovations to the plaza at Arizona’s tallest building are complete.  Improvements include removal of the leaking water fountains, new benches and the addition of a bust commemorating Walter Reed Bimson, the former head of Valley National Bank.  Chase Tower, located at Central Avenue and Van Buren Street has been the tallest building in the state since its completion in 1973, standing at 483 feet.
