Arts & Culture Family Food, Restaurants & Dining Music & Events Spotlight Fara Illich May 9, 2011

irma_vepThe most requested show from Valley audiences is returning this month.
The Arizona Theatre Company will bring The Mystery of Irma Vep to Phoenix as part of its grand finale for the 2010-2011 season. And what a way to end a season!
Valley favorites Bob Sorenson and Oliver Wadsworth star as two lightning-fast actors playing all the strange residents of the Mandacrest estate—as well as a host of vampires, mummies, and werewolves—who travel from the English moors to Egyptian tombs and back again. Gothic plot twists, outrageous fun, and clever sets full of wacky costumes make this a must-see, funhouse production.
Lots of laughs and top-notch performances. Be sure to get your tickets while you still can.
The Mystery of Irma Vep will run from May 5 till May 29 at the Herberger Theatre Center. For more information or to purchase tickets, visit the Arizona Theatre Company Box Office at www.arizonatheatre.org.
