Welcome to Turn that Frown Upside Downtown where our resident punster Sara Anderson asks a Downtowner for their favorite joke. This week Sara stopped in at Cartel Coffee Lab and ordered up an iced toddy with a side of jokes from General Manager Jesse Perry. Laughs not guaranteed.
1. Bert and Ernie were sitting in their apartment. Bert turns to Ernie and asks, “Ernie, do you want any ice cream?” Ernie replies, “Sure Bert.”
2. Two guys walk into a coffee bar … ouch.
Cartel Coffee Lab is the place serious coffee drinkers go for their fix. They’ll soon move two doors down into new digs on the corner of 1st Street and Washington.
