Urban Wine Walk gets uncorked Saturday, November 10 and features 16 restaurants along the Central Corridor and in Downtown Phoenix. Each of the participating eateries will lure Wine Walkers into their delectable dens by offering three wine samples and a snack—all at wallet-friendly prices.
Designed to be METRO Light Rail-friendly, Urban Wine Walk encourages culinary adventurists to park-and-ride to stay safe while soaking up the city scene. With $3.50 all-day light rail pass in hand, wine lovers will simply pick a starting point and let the beautiful fall day take them wherever it may. Urban Wine Walk restaurants are strategically clustered to allow Walkers to maximize their experiences at each stop along the light rail route.
Urban Wine Walk restaurants will be pouring three featured wines from 1 to 6 p.m. but you’ll need to come early to get a prize: Commemorative Urban Wine Walk glasses will be given to the first 300 Wine Walkers who purchase a wine sample at Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails.
Participation is free and wine samples cost between $2 and $3. Be sure to tell your server you’re a Wine Walker to get the best deals!
