Giant puppets, brass bands and thousands of revelers are set to take to the streets of Downtown for the third annual Mardi Gras parade, festival and pub crawl on Feb. 9. And just who will be at this FREE family-friendly tribute to good times, you ask?

Live entertainment will come courtesy of Dry River Yacht Club, Bad Cactus Brass Band, Sunorus, Stan Devereaux and Flamenco por la Vida.
And the parade participants includes a dizzying list of 18 participants ranging from bicycle brigades to pint size twirlers:
