If you drive on Thomas Road just west of Central Avenue with any regularity you’ve seen one of Phoenix’s newest (and Arizona’s tallest) murals.

It’s a magnificent piece of public art and the process was chronicled by Kitchen Sink Studios for the aptly titled short film “The Tallest Mural In Arizona,” which made its big screen debut Wednesday night at FilmBar.
Berlin-based art duo JBAK was commissioned for the piece, which brightens Midtown’s otherwise taupish landscape of office buildings.
