Every Monday we feature a few photos taken Downtown using the designated weekend Instagram hashtag. Thanks to everyone who shared their photos under the Project: Downtown Phoenix Stories theme #DTPHXinbloom!
You can join in the fun too – just follow @downtownphoenix and look out for the next hashtag on Friday! @dtphxdarcy – Late Dinner on the Patio #DTPHXinbloom #succulents #fqstory
________________________________________________________________________________ @quinncw – Our urban balcony succulent garden in the Roosevelt neighborhood created by @azrtemp. #DTPHXinbloom
________________________________________________________________________________ @lilianalupe – Morning #bloom #cactus #flowers #desert
________________________________________________________________________________ @lajphotos – Also went down to the #RioSalado Habitat Restoration Area – there are several ways to access trails via various parking areas, but I went to the one on Central, just south of #downtownphoenix. If you walk in a bit, you’ll come to this Central Ave underpass, where there were some tiny #wildflowers still in bloom. #Phoenix #myphx #az365 #dtphx #igersphx #instagramaz #arizonahighways #Arizona #azstreetart #streetart #murals #grafitti #rsa_graffiti #dtphxinbloom
________________________________________________________________________________ @chucksterlp – Captured a dozen or so pictures of Century Plants in bloom at civic space park in downtown Phoenix. In this pic I made sure The Sun was obscured by the top most bloom of the bunch and took a shot just to see how it would turn out and this is the result. I like it.
