If you’re not in the holiday mood yet, several bars and restaurants in Downtown Phoenix will get you there.
With thousands of lights, specialty cocktails and snow globes to dine in, restaurants around the city have been transformed. New items have been added to menus, including a giant turkey leg, and national pop-up bars have come to town to spread holiday cheer.

Take a trip to the tropics without ever leaving The Valley. Bitter & Twisted is hosting a tiki-themed Christmas pop-up through Dec. 24. Step into a island hideaway, replete with festive tiki decorations, thousands of lights and a menu of concoctions, such as the Kris Kringle Colada, Holiday on Ice, or a two-person Rudolph Rum Rhapsody.

This holiday pop-up bar “Blue Blitzen” is located at Blue Hound Kitchen & Cocktails. The restaurant has a brand new menu just for the holiday season. New items include an orange pomegranate butter board and a slow roasted turkey leg — yes a whole turkey leg! For dessert try Santa’s favorite sugar cookies or the chocolate chip brownie bites. Blue Hound’s bartender has even crafted a menu of new cocktails including the Twelfth Night Cider, Hot Buttered Rum and the bubbly Auld Lang Syne.

See thousands of lights inside this restaurant just steps from the light rail, Chase Field and Footprint Center. Crown offers an array of festive drinks.

Miracle pop-up cocktail bar is back at Floor 13 atop the historic Hilton Garden Inn. Watch the sunset, cozy up with blankets, and roast marshmallows under over-the-top Christmas décor. There’s a special holiday-themed cocktail and food menu accompanied by rooftop views of the Downtown Phoenix skyline. Reservations are recommended. The hotel also has a Miracle Suite available complete with a Grinch-themed Christmas tree and a decorated patio. The suite is also connected to the rooftop bar.

Decorations have taken over Palma and Cham Pang Lanes in the Roosevelt Row Arts District. With the tagline “where getting toasted in paradise is required” there are a ton of new drinks on the menu. Try a Chai Martini or a Royal Orchard at Palma or a Mistletoe Mule at Cham Pang Lanes among twinkle lights and Christmas trees.
