If you do choose to go out, please remember to wear your mask and follow social distancing protocols. And be mindful that capacity limits mean you should book tickets in advance.

FilmBar Phoenix and Pemberton House are teaming up to bring outdoor screenings to Roosevelt Row. Watch classics like “The Breakfast Club” and “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” in the back yard of the historic Pemberton House while sipping a brew from Abnormal Beer Co.

From projection art to new murals, downtown has several new or in the works public art pieces you need to check out.
Make your way to CityScape Phoenix to see Casey Farina’s latest piece, “vertical traversal.” You can admire the projection art from the patios of Chico Malo or Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen, or grab takeout and eat it at one of Patriot Park’s outdoor tables.

Support local businesses and get some fresh air on Saturdays at both The Churchill and the Downtown Phoenix Farmers Market. The Churchill brings an array of vendors for their weekly Sidewalk Saturdays, as well as a donation-based yoga flow class. Vendors are there from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and yoga starts at 10 a.m.
Just a short walk away at the Farmers Market you’ll find even more vendors. From locally-grown food to handmade jewelry and tasty breakfast treats, stop by between 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. or place an online order to pick up.

The show must go on, and Phoenix Theatre Company has found a way to safely adapt to the times. Upcoming outdoor stage performances include “Get Happy: Angela Ingersoll Sings Judy Garland” and “Murder For Two,” a new spin on murder mystery where two performers take on all the parts from the detective to the killer.

Hance Park recently opened Fiesta Bowl PLAY, a state-of-the-art playground area that is meant for families and people of all ages.
Open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily on the west side of Margaret T. Hance Park, PLAY includes large animal play structures, a climbing wall, a water feature, and a massive sandbox.
The Croft’s open-air performance space, “The Green at The Croft,” now hosts limited seating musical experiences. Upcoming shows include a Valentine’s Day special with music from Mozart & Piazzolla, as well as jazz tributes and more performances from local groups. Tickets start at $50 per person.
And, inside the Phoenix Warehouse District venue you’ll find an exhibition featuring full-sized replicas of Michelangelo’s Sistine Chapel. Reserve your tickets soon if you want to see the masterpieces up close — the exhibit is only in Phoenix through Feb. 14.
