Paw-Pup Park to open in Downtown Phoenix on Monday, March 18.

Downtown Phoenix Partnership and the City of Phoenix invite you to attend the grand opening of Paw-Pup Park, a temporary canine activation located at 200 W. Jefferson Street – the northeast corner of Jefferson Street and Third Avenue next to City Council Chambers. Paw-Pup Park was made possible through the generosity of PetSmart Charities and represents a much-needed amenity for our growing downtown neighborhood.
What: Mayor Thelda Williams, Councilman Michael Nowakowski and Councilwoman Felicita Mendoza will join city leaders, downtown stakeholders, employees and residents to formally open a new temporary dog park in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. Complimentary dog treats will be available while supplies last.
When: Monday, March 18 from 2-3 p.m.
Where: 200 W. Jefferson (west of the Phoenix City Council chambers)
Why: Downtown Phoenix continues to evolve as a live/work/play/learn neighborhood. With more and more residents moving in, a dog park is an in-demand amenity for our downtown.
Park hours: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Sunday
