Made hundreds of personal phone calls and emails to Members at the onset of the pandemic to see how PCA could directly assist them. The information gathered from these outreach efforts resulted in nine blogs highlighting PCA Members and events, in addition to gaining more exposure for various nonprofits and advocacy initiatives.
