Launched the Buy + Fly program, which incentivizes local spending at participating Downtown Phoenix small businesses. Participants were awarded free masks, pint glasses, tote bags, hats and shirts, just by spending $10 or more. June through December, 800 pieces of “DTPHX Bird Merch” were processed and mailed as part of the Buy + Fly incentive program, each with a hand-written thank you card from one of the DTPHX Ambassadors. The program generated $70,000 in direct spending at Downtown businesses as of January 2021.
