DTPHX Community Resource Hub

The DTPHX Community Resource Hub, a shared facility managed by Downtown Phoenix Inc. in partnership with City of Phoenix’s Office of Homeless Solutions and Valley Metro, connects community members with essential services from its centralized location near the corner of Central Avenue and Washington Street (CityScape). 

Working alongside dēhp Integrative Care’s Outreach Navigators, City of Phoenix’s Community Assistance Program (CAP), Phoenix Union High School District’s Upward and Onward program, and the Phoenix Police Department’s Downtown Operations Unit, the hub provides a coordinated base for outreach, rapid response, and community support in the heart of Downtown Phoenix.

Mission: To serve as a centralized, collaborative space in Downtown Phoenix that connects community members with essential services, supports outreach efforts, and strengthens coordinated responses to community needs—particularly around housing, health, and public safety.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (closed on weekends and holidays)
