The Valley Metro light rail system has several stops in the heart of Downtown Phoenix, and we’re back to break down another one.

Whether you’re Downtown for mega events like the 2024 Men’s Final Four®, the March Madness® Music Festival, or you want to explore the walkable neighborhood, the light rail will get you there stress-free.

Hop off the 3rd St/Jefferson station for restaurants, bars, Chase Field, Footprint Center and more.

Willie’s Taco Joint 

Located between Chase Field and Footprint Center, Willie’s Taco Joint features fast service, traditional Mexican fare, and vibrant decor. Stop by before, after, or during a game and try their chili-lime shrimp, The Big Fatty burrito, or their award-winning Green Butcher taco.

Crown Public House 

With more than a dozen beers on tap and plenty of TVs to watch your favorite team, Crown Public House pub is a perfect pre or post-game destination. Have a plate of comfort food and a drink with friends or just people-watch and enjoy the views that Downtown has to offer.

Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar 

Guy Fieri’s DTPHX Kitchen + Bar at Caesars Sportsbook marks the celebrity chef’s first full-service restaurant in Arizona. The menu features a combination of new recipes and Fieri’s personal favorites from his other restaurants, including the world-famous Trash Can Nachos and award-winning Bacon Mac ‘n’ Cheeseburger.

The Ainsworth 

This high-energy sports bar is located across the street from Footprint Center. The Ainsworth hosts events and specials during local sport home games and concerts. It’s the place for an after-work cocktail, a cold beer, a perfectly grilled steak and fun vibes.

Bosa Donuts 

This little donut shop has taken the Valley by storm and now operates over 20 locations and growing — with three locations in the Downtown Core. Grab a sweet treat before cheering on the Diamondbacks or before starting your work day.

Mancuso’s Restaurant

Family-owned and operated for more than 40 years, Mancuso’s is a fine-dining restaurant serving popular Italian and American dishes prepared from Frank and Agnes Mancuso’s family recipes. In addition to savory home-cooked meals, the restaurant also has happy hour specials from 4- 6 p.m.
