Downtown Phoenix will be vibrant and energetic during NCAA Women’s Final Four week, with championship games and free fan events taking place across the urban core. Fans attending events at Mortgage Matchup Center, Phoenix Convention Center, Hance Park, and other nearby venues are encouraged to plan ahead and allow extra time for travel and arrival.

Light Rail & Buses

Valley Metro light rail is an easy and efficient way to travel to, from, and around Downtown Phoenix during NCAA Women’s Final Four week. Trains run seven days a week for extended hours, with multiple lines serving the downtown core and connecting to Park-and-Ride locations across the Valley.

As an added bonus, tickets for events at Mortgage Matchup Center (Semi-Final Game, Super Saturday Practice and Championship Game) include a free roundtrip ride on Valley Metro light rail on the day of the event.

E-Scooters

Scooters that are rented through companies like Lime and Spin must be parked in one of the nearly 400 designated parking zones. Locations can be found in the scooter vendor apps.

Scooters and shared bikes are available throughout Downtown Phoenix and can be a convenient way to travel short distances between event venues, parking areas, transit stops, and fan areas during NCAA Women’s Final Four week.

Riders are expected to follow all local traffic laws, and parking or staging should be in designated areas to ensure safe and accessible walkways for all.
