Spanning the length of the alley behind the Regency Garage at 40 N. Second Street is a massive tribute to Latino icons known as the “Alley of the Arts.” The project was led by the Arizona Latino Arts and Cultural Center (ALAC), which is located on the ground floor of the Regency Garage.
