Downtown Phoenix Inc., in partnership with CyberCity 3D and Orbis Dynamics, has developed an advanced visualization and data platform that aggregates real-time and contextual information—including traffic patterns, commercial and residential development, air quality, walkability, and other key urban insights. Designed to reimagine how Downtown Phoenix is navigated, analyzed, and planned, the tool offers powerful applications for business development and urban planning.

It is intended for use by real estate developers and brokers, urban planners, engineers, technology providers, design firms, and sustainability and public works offices seeking data-driven decision-making and a deeper understanding of the Downtown environment
