A partnership involving Pacific Hospitality Group, Berger Holdings & JWG Investments (an affiliate of Sunbelt Holdings) has broken ground on a new 236-room hotel on the corner of Central and Adams. It will also offer 23,000ft² of meeting and event space, an upscale restaurant and bar, and a rooftop bar with a pool deck on the 17th floor. Additional amenities include a spa, fitness center, and a café.
