Celebrate August First Friday with Phoenix Center for the Arts as we mark 51 years of serving Phoenix through arts education and community engagement since 1975!

Join an evening of creativity, community, and connection as we open our doors to celebrate more than five decades of inspiring, educating, and bringing people together through the arts.

Explore the Center, meet fellow art lovers, and enjoy a variety of interactive experiences for all ages, including hands-on art activities, ceramics painting, a building-wide bingo passport challenge, a birthday card collage station, a community memory and wish wall, a photo booth, and birthday treats.

Special guests can enjoy a live interview with Giovannie "Just Created It" Dixon, the artist behind the Phoenix Center for the Arts Unity Mural, and learn more about the power of art to strengthen community.

Whether you're a longtime student, teaching artist, volunteer, community partner, neighbor, or first-time visitor, we invite you to celebrate the impact of the arts and help support PCA's next chapter. Free.
