Música da Pássaro brings Brazilian and other Latin jazz music to life. The stellar ensemble features Carol Bird Mellis, flute and voice; Chris Champion, guitar; Brett Reed, mallets; Ben Hedquist, bass; Adam Clark, drums; and special guest Mark Mellis, piano and flute.

Carol Bird Mellis is the adjunct flute professor at Scottsdale Community College. She is well versed in many genres of music. Her flute tone is rich and expressive, and her technical abilities are masterful. She embraces the prominent role the flute holds in Latin jazz with energy and grace. $34 - $39.
