CaZo Dance Theatre is previewing their full-length production, You Are Not Alone. You Are Not Alone is a powerful, movement driven work exploring mental health, isolation and the high school experience. Through raw physicality and intimate storytelling, the piece reflects the challenges students face (Identity, pressure, belonging) and reminds today’s youth they are seen and understood. By connecting past and present experiences, the work offers hope, compassion, and reassurance that no one has to navigate these moments alone. The Pavilion. Free.
