Go on a cultural adventure right in the heart of downtown Phoenix as One World Dance & Music presents "Global Grooves," a vibrant and uplifting show celebrating the diverse music and dance in our global community.

This year is the third year for "Global Grooves," which is becoming an annual favorite with audiences that love to expand their horizons with culturally diverse entertainment. It is more than just a performance; it's a cultural tapestry woven with rhythms and melodies from across the globe. From the pulsating drums of Africa to the vibrant folk dances of Mexico, to the intoxicating rhythms and melodies of the Middle East, the show promises an unforgettable experience that transcends borders.

The lineup for the afternoon features a stellar roster of artists, including:

Sharqia Dance Theater: The valley’s most innovative Middle Eastern dance company, sharing both traditional and modern reimaginings of Arabic music and dance.

Reconnect to Africa: This dynamic group brings the high-energy of traditional Congolese music and dance to the stage.

Tradiciones Dance Company : This unique dance company performs a wide variety of Mexican folkloric dances from regions across the country

Layali al Sham Middle Eastern Ensemble: Members from Arizona’s only Arab orchestra will be joining us to share the beauty of live classical Arabic music.
