Lucas Albuquerque and Friends - Miami Meets Phoenix

Lucas Albuquerque was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and attended Phoenix Country Day School where he picked up the trombone under the tutelage of David Rowe. In his Sophomore year of high school "I discovered the beautiful community of the Nash". Clark Gibson invited him to audition for the Nash Legacy Blue Ensembles and the rest is history. Lucas part of Legacy Blue for his junior and senior years, where he met his best friends and amazing musicians while studying with Eric Rasmussen. He made Arizona All-State Jazz Band in both of those years as well, where he learned from Tatum Greenblatt and Pharez Whitted. He has performed alongside Lewis Nash, Wycliffe Gordon, Ashlin Parker, Corcoran Holt, Eric Rasmussen, Clark Gibson and many other outstanding musicians. Lucas is currently in his junior year at the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, pursuing a Bachelor in Jazz Trombone Performance. $38 - $43.
