Nappy Roots: The Homecoming explores lineage, identity, and interior life through figurative painting. Hair becomes landscape, carrying memory and connection across generations. The work creates space for reflection, rest, and a return to self. This exhibition includes 2D visual works, 3D sculptures, a 7 foot interactive installation called the "Remembering Tree" as well as a 6ft fabricated steel sculpture. Free admission.
