The Phoenix Center for the Arts proudly presents the 14th Annual Phoenix Festival of the Arts — a vibrant, multicultural celebration of artistic expression in the heart of downtown Phoenix.

Set in scenic Margaret T. Hance Park, this two-day festival features:
