Join us for the Carcara Thanksgiving Holiday!
We are offering a 3-Course menu to celebrate the holiday available from 11AM to 930PM.
1. Starter Course – Choice of:
• Smokey Sweet Potato Soup, maple candied pepitas, micro parsley
• Winter Greens, pink lady apples, hazelnuts, fennel, golden beets, blood orange vinaigrette
2. Feature - Apple Cider Roasted Turkey, Schreiner’s Sausage & Cornbread Stuffing, Green Bean Casserole & Crispy Shallots, Toasted Marshmallow Yams, Yukon Smashed Potatoes, Sage & Rosemary Turkey Gravy, House-Made Cranberry Relish
3. Dessert - Pumpkin Cheesecake, pepita brittle, spiced chocolate sauce
Please note that on Thanksgiving Day, we will be offering only the Thanksgiving Prix Fixe Menu. The regular All-Day Menu will not be available during this time.
