The singularity of Will Bruder's early Sonoran Desert experiments led to his winning the commission to design our beloved Burton Barr Central Library, a point of pride for the City of Phoenix, as well as the recipient of the AIA 25 Year Building Award and LEED-EB (Existing Building) Silver Award.

In celebration of more than fifty years of practice, this beautifully designed book presents a selection of Will’s exemplary public and private built projects through photographs, drawings, and original sketches.

The selected works reflect Will’s lifelong exploration of architecture shaped by light, landscape, and community, and offer context for his significant impact on modern architecture. Free.
