The Downtown Core Community is hosting an ugly sweater walk. They will be meeting at 9:00 AM and heading out at 9:30 AM around the neighborhood and ending at the Downtown Phoenix Farmers' Market. They encourage people joining the walk to wear an ugly sweater to make it fun! It is open to anyone, not just residents. Free.
