All aboard! It’s time to bundle up in your coziest pajamas and take a journey to Civic Space Park on downtown’s version of The Polar Express – Valley Metro Light Rail.
Join us for PJs in the Park on Saturday, Dec. 7 featuring FREE screenings of “The Polar Express” at 5:30 p.m. and “Elf” at 7:30 p.m. and Dickens Carolers before the movies start. Plus, Santa will be making a special appearance during “The Polar Express” — so bring a camera for complimentary photos with Saint Nick.
Though the weather outside is hardly frightful, it can be a bit chilly this time of year. To help warm you up, we’ll be serving hot cocoa, snacks and specialty coffee drinks from Serafina Coffee Roasters. And, you can get a fresh pie from Freak Brothers Pizza.
Now in its eighth year, Downtown Phoenix Inc. produces PJs in the Park to activate one of downtown’s award-winning public spaces and to offer families from all over the Valley a free and fun holiday treat.
The easiest, most affordable way to get to Civic Space Park is by light rail. But there’s also an $8-$10 surface lot on the northeast corner of Fillmore Street and Central Avenue, and some limited street parking. For more options, visit the DTPHX Map and click on Category – Parking.
