Save the Date: Winter Wanderland will take place on December 20, 2025, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at various locations in the Downtown Phoenix core.
Wander through the urban core and enjoy free progressive holiday performances, over-the-top festive lights and décor, delicious food, drinks, and merriment. Featuring various performances – Winter Wanderland is a family-friendly celebration of Downtown’s rich performing arts, history, and culture.
Schedule of Events
Merry Moments (Full Event Duration)
- Guest appearance by the man himself, Santa Claus! Snag a quick selfie with Santa throughout each Winter Wanderland festivity, or stage the perfect holiday card photo at various stops that feature decorative backdrops (*).
- Follow the beat of Toy Soldier Holiday Hype Crew by Boom Percussion as they lead the group to each Winter Wanderland destination.
5:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. | Kickoff + Giveaway at the Arizona Center
Kick off the evening in a sparkling holiday atmosphere at the Arizona Center! Settle in for a wanderful night ahead while enjoying some festive treats and entertainment. The first 200 attendees will receive a commemorative DTPHX Winter Wanderland magnet and light-up wand. (*Festive photo op location!)

6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. | The Grotto @ Arizona Center
Turn your attention to the center stage for a live aerial performance by AeroTerra Arts! This acrobatic group specializes in a variety of acts, from aerial and trapeze entertainment skills to belly dancing, and everything in between.
6:30 p.m. - 6:50 p.m. | Taylor Street
Everybody's favorite fun-loving group of senior women, Golden Grannies Outreach, are back in the city, bringing a spirited live performance to show off their best holiday moves.
6:50 p.m. - 7:20 p.m. | Jacy & Dakota's @ The Westin Phoenix Downtown Hotel
Light up the city with holiday cheer and embrace your inner creativity with an arts & crafts activity, where attendees can create Color-Your-Own Holiday Slap Bracelets & Jigsaw Puzzles.
7:30 - 8:00 p.m. | Herberger Theater Center
Live music performance by Phoenix Children's Choir. This premier youth choral group blends the magic of their vocals with classic holiday tunes for an enchanting experience for all. (*Festive photo op location!)
