Field Services works around-the-clock
The mission of the Field Services Team is to continue the revitalization and promotion of Downtown Phoenix by creating meaningful experiences and a pleasant environment for those who live, work and visit our district. The Downtown Phoenix Partnership’s Field Services Team consists of the Downtown Phoenix Ambassadors and Downtown Streetscape Team.
As the most visible presence within the Partnership’s service area, Field Services Team members take great pride in their work. From providing directions and dining recommendations to keeping our public spaces beautiful and inviting — Field Services truly make Downtown Phoenix a better place to live, work and play.
Downtown Phoenix Ambassadors
The smiling faces that have proudly served Downtown Phoenix for more than 20 years embody the spirit of our community. Our orange-shirt-wearing roving concierges are on duty seven days a week, 365 days a year to help you — whether that means making a lunch recommendation, walking you to your car or simply offering helpful directions to get you where you need to go. Just look for the folks wearing the orange shirts with “ASK ME” on the back.

Downtown Phoenix Streetscape Team
Maintaining Downtown Phoenix as a clean, inviting and comfortable neighborhood is the main priority of Streetscape Team members. They work to improve the outdoor urban experience by planting trees, landscaping, cleaning streets and removing graffiti. The Streetscape Team also carries out placemaking programs developed by the Downtown Phoenix Partnership in collaboration with the City of Phoenix, neighborhood groups and community organizations.
