This space honors Mexico's rich culinary heritage and is inspired by and evokes the spirit of her Grandma Julia, and the cherished memories Yasmine holds from her childhood, creating an authentic and warm experience for all visitors.

She and her husband, Jeff Peters, left their corporate careers around 2015 to establish Peixoto Coffee, which sources, roasts, and brings to market coffee from their family farm in Brazil.
