Downtown Phoenix is the best place in the Valley to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with not one, but two big parties happening right in the downtown core. Here’s what you can look forward to at each celebration.

Looking for an authentic Cinco de Mayo experience in Phoenix? You’re in the right place.
Phoenix’s largest and longest-running Cindo de Mayo is in its 26th year — complete with a backdrop of city skyscrapers. The event returns with major local and national headliners, arts, and food and drink, for massive multicultural fiesta of grande proportions. Headlining acts include Grammy-nominated funk band WAR and Latin R&B band Tierra.
You can also watch live lucha libre, ballet folklorico, prizes and more. There’s even a kids zone with interactive rides for the little ones. The event raises money for scholarships to Grand Canyon University. Visit cincophx.com for all the details.
